Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Medallion Mental Wellness Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments to understand each client's mental health needs.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and strategies.
\n
• Providing therapeutic interventions to clients via video conferencing or secure messaging.
\n
• Documenting all client interactions and progress in our Simple Practice platform to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals within the organization to enhance treatment plans and share effective practices.
\n
• Participating in case consultations and supervision to continuously improve clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and couples facing a range of mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to tailor your services to meet the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid license as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work is preferred.

• Strong skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling, with a passion for helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients via electronic means.

• A high degree of comfort and competence with virtual appointments and telehealth technology.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be prioritized:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Medallion Mental Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 – $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
