Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns. This includes gathering detailed histories, formulating initial clinical diagnoses, and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Tailor sessions to meet each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and connecting them with appropriate resources.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and confidentially in adherence to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive, holistic care to our clients.

• Lead psychoeducation sessions for clients and their families to raise awareness about mental health issues, navigate treatment options, and utilize community resources effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and other educational opportunities to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, including individuals facing stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW) in Tennessee.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
