The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing vital telehealth services. The flexibility of this setting means you can better balance your personal and professional life, ensuring you are at your best to support our patients. Our standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet the varied needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique experiences, aiding in the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed around the individual backgrounds of clients, ensuring that therapy is both relevant and effective.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, concentrating on addressing mental health concerns while promoting resilience and improving overall well-being.

• Collaborate continuously with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to offer coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to high-need situations.

• Educate patients and their families about various mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that are beneficial for their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, using our electronic health record (EHR) system effectively.

• Engage actively in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training to enhance skill sets and ensure best practices are implemented.

• Stay current with ongoing research, emerging best practices, and relevant cultural considerations in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will work primarily with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including ethnic and cultural minorities and the LGBTQ+ community. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches alongside strong cultural competence in therapy.

• Experience in conducting individual and group therapy with a focus on culturally responsive practices.
\n
• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, necessary for effective rapport-building with diverse client populations.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant digital tools.

• Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and maintaining appropriate boundaries within the therapist-client relationship.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment to enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Genesis Grace Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
