Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, utilizing diagnostic criteria to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Provide effective individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques tailored to meet diverse client needs.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and stability.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive client care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, actively advocating for their needs as required.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and consultation, staying abreast of the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse array of clients, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. A fundamental aspect of your work will involve tailoring therapeutic interventions to align with individual client goals, resulting in meaningful progress and improved mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid mental health therapy license in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities to inform effective treatment planning.

• A minimum of two years of related experience providing therapeutic services is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and effectively within a team-oriented environment.

• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards within clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience within a clinical setting, especially with community health populations, is preferred but not essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
