Position Summary Baldor is seeking a Temp-to-Hire Recruiter to support sourcing and recruiting efforts for both high-volume hourly positions and manager-level roles within a warehouse or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, bilingual in English and Spanish, and possesses full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced setting. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, build strong candidate pipelines, and effectively recruit for a wide range of positions, from frontline operational talent to leadership roles, while helping the organization meet its hiring goals. You will take ownership of Managing an open job listing of 20-50 vacancies. Posting across all relevant job boards, sourcing and scheduling all interviews. Working with hiring managers to develop a recruitment strategy and talent pipeline for each open vacancy. Improving the candidate experience, following up with candidates to inform them of their application status. Managing our weekly onboarding process, coming up with new ways to streamline the process. Maintaining the applicant tracking system, sending status updates, moving candidates to the appropriate workflows, posting all jobs. Creating content maintaining all social networks including our internal monitors updated on open vacancies, and company events. What you bring 3-5 years’ experience in recruiting; preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing or food service environment Must be bilingual English/Spanish A proven track record of recruiting for a high volume and fast paced organization, 20-50 open vacancies on average. Excellent communication, phone skills, people skills, and organizational skills. The ability to handle multiple requisitions at one time. High emotional intelligence, the ability to work under pressure. Some analytical skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Should be self-motivated, a fast learner, dedicated, and a team player. Must be able to work in a diversified/manufacturing environment.
