Service Desk Analyst

TEKsystems is seeking a *bilingual IT Service Desk Technician* to support a growing enterprise environment. This is a great opportunity for entry-level to mid-level candidates to gain hands-on experience within a structured IT support team with strong career growth potential.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide *Tier 1 support* via phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshoot issues related to:
* *Microsoft 365 (O365)*
* *Active Directory* (password resets, access requests)
* Basic hardware/software issues

* Log and manage tickets using *ServiceNow*
* *Support user access, system issues, and general IT inquiries*
* *Escalate complex issues as needed*
* *Deliver excellent customer support in Spanish and English*
*Qualifications*
* Bilingual in *Spanish and English* (required)
* Experience in a *help desk or IT support role* (or strong technical aptitude)
* Basic knowledge of *O365 and Active Directory*
* *Strong communication and customer service skills*
* *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment*
*Additional Details*
* Training schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

This is a Contract position based out of Oshkosh, WI.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
