Your Impact

• Conduct routine and intricate clinical laboratory testscovering areas like chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondadhering closely to outlined protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and perform essential maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection, preparing samples diligently for subsequent testing as needed.
• Keep a meticulous record of all procedures, educate new staff or trainees, and support the maintenance of lab quality assurance standards.
• Ensure a safe, tidy workspace, while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within one year of hiring.
• Maintain current certification throughout employment.
