Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory testing across multiple disciplines including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond, adhering to established protocols.
Carefully analyze results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and maintain lab instruments through regular calibration and preventative maintenance.
Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new team members, and uphold quality standards within the lab.
Guarantee a clean, safe working environment while following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within the first year of employment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate collaboration with healthcare teams.
Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly for quality control and accurate documentation.
