Job Summary
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise workflow automation solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to implement scalable ServiceNow applications that improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and custom modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems and enterprise applications.
- Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in system testing, deployment, and release management processes.
- Implement security controls and governance standards across the platform.
- Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve platform functionality.
