Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and rebuilding trust within relationships.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring thorough documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in compliance with applicable legal and ethical guidelines.

• Provide crisis intervention support during acute distress situations, equipping yourself with de-escalation techniques to assist clients in need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will engage with a diverse client population encompassing adolescents, adults, and couples. Your work will focus on various mental health concerns, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and personal growth challenges. The breadth of cases ensures that you'll continually be confronted with new scenarios, enhancing your skills and knowledge in therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field, with a strong foundation in clinical theories and evidence-based practices.

• Active and valid LMFT licensure issued by the state of Washington, reflecting your capability to provide therapeutic services legally and ethically.

Compensation and Benefits\n
