???? Mex 1 Coastal Cantina – West Ashley
Mex 1 Coastal Cantina is looking for motivated, dependable Line Cooks to join our West Ashley kitchen crew. If you love working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and take pride in putting out great food consistently, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and execute menu items according to Mex 1 recipes and standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Support prep and closing duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
Line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Team-first attitude and reliable work ethic
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
