Temporary Housing Case Manager — Shelter & Stability

The Salvation Army in Denver is seeking a Case Manager to support guests of temporary housing with professional housing-focused case management services. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized housing plans, and connect clients to support services to maintain housing stability. Role requires independent work, occasional evenings/weekends, and driving.
