Construction Compliance & Contracts Administrator

Onni is seeking a Construction Administrator to manage subcontractor insurances, waivers, liens and coordinate with Accounting, Project teams, Risk Management and Legal to ensure contract requirements are met before releasing payments. The role focuses on maintaining insurance certificates in GC Pay, handling sub-tier waiver and lien processes, and supporting project managers with meetings, letters, and invoicing.
