Partnership Manager

Build and maintain relationships with Agency and Technology Partners to create new business opportunities Educate partners and client-facing teams on TalentPop’s Customer Experience solutions and value proposition Establish relationships with new partners and explain how TalentPop’s services benefit their clients Foster and nurture existing partner relationships through communication, follow-ups, meetings, and Lunch & Learns Utilize HubSpot CRM to track partnership activity, manage pipeline stages, and ensure timely follow-ups Manage and optimize the partnership pipeline while maintaining accurate CRM records Identify opportunities to increase partner engagement, lead generation, and mutual business growth Analyze partnership performance and identify opportunities to improve pipeline generation and conversion Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive lead flow and create partner enablement materials Assist with partnership reporting and present insights and results to company leadership Plan and support in-person partner events to generate incremental leads and increase brand awareness Travel for partner meetings, events, and team offsites as needed Requirements 1+ year of experience in Partnerships, Sales, Business Development, or a comparable role Experience working for a SaaS or service-based company that serves E-Commerce businesses Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative and opening new opportunities Strong interest or experience in the E-Commerce industry Previous partnerships or business development experience within the E-Commerce ecosystem preferred Experience working with Agency or Technology Partners preferred Experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools such as Zapier preferred Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to evaluate and optimize performance preferred Experience conducting presentations, Lunch & Learns, partner meetings, or similar events preferred Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% for partner meetings, events, and team offsites Experience creating partner enablement or sales materials preferred Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM local time; first 30 days of training in Pacific Time Must be legally authorized to work in the country/region where the position is located Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in building and maintaining partnerships, utilizing HubSpot CRM for pipeline management, and analyzing partnership performance to drive business growth.
