Description:
This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with a master’s degree in a behavioral science field who are looking to:
- Gain hands-on experience in 245D services
- Receive ongoing support and professional development
- Make a direct impact supporting individuals with behavioral and mental health needs
What you’ll do
- Provide 1:1 positive support services to individuals with behavioral needs
- Conduct functional assessments and help develop person-centered support plans
- Implement evidence-based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress
- Train and collaborate with staff and caregivers
- Monitor and adjust support plans based on client outcomes
- Support clients in building coping skills and daily living skills

We are open to candidates who meet one or more of the following: a Master’s degree in:
- Behavioral Sciences or related fields
- Social Work (MSW)
- Psychology / Applied Behavior Analysis
- Counseling (LPCC track)
- Special Education
Experience or interest in:
- Behavioral support services
- Functional assessment and data collection
- Supporting individuals with mental health or developmental disabilities
Additional requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to transport clients in a personal vehicle if needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
