Kitchen Manager

Bangers & Lace is looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our team.

The right candidate will be reliable, organized, efficient, and lead by example. Previous experience working in a fast-paced professional kitchen is required. Strong cooking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and organized under pressure are essential.

This is a hands-on position that includes working on the line alongside the kitchen staff while helping to oversee the day-to-day operation of the kitchen. The Kitchen Manager will coordinate with management to uphold our standards for food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and sanitation while assisting with ordering, inventory, and other kitchen operations.
