Hybrid Operations & Deal Strategy Director

Park Capital Search has been retained to identify an Operations Strategy Director for a growing land investment and development firm based in North Dallas, TX (hybrid). Overview This is a ground floor leadership role reporting to the Founder and CEO. The Director will act as a true operating partner, driving deal execution, expanding buyer relationships, and building the systems needed to scale the business. This individual will play a central role in shaping strategy, accelerating deal flow, and creating long term enterprise value. The successful candidate will build and lead key operational processes while directly influencing revenue growth. This role requires a relationship driven professional who understands that successful land transactions are built on trust, network depth, and disciplined execution. You will manage complex deal timelines, navigate multi party transactions, and introduce structure in a fast moving environment. Key Focus Areas Expand and diversify the buyer network across family offices, developers, institutional capital, and 1031 exchange participants Drive velocity of active deals by maintaining momentum and identifying creative paths to close Develop relationships for large parcel transactions and unlock new buyer segments Design and implement systems and processes that enable the firm to scale efficiently Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with buyers and external partners Expand and strengthen the firm’s buyer ecosystem Lead negotiations and support deal execution across the full lifecycle Collaborate with intermediaries, advisors, and capital partners Identify bottlenecks and improve workflows Own timelines and ensure deals progress on schedule Adapt strategies in response to changing market conditions Qualifications 5 plus years of experience in real estate, private equity, REITs, or related fields Demonstrated success in closing or managing deals end to end Strong relationship development and networking capabilities Self starter with an ownership mindset and ability to operate independently Proven ability to perform in a fast paced, evolving environment This is an opportunity to step into a high impact role and directly influence the growth trajectory of a scaling investment platform. #J-18808-Ljbffr Park Capital Search
