Phlebotomy Trainee - Roanoke, VA Phlebotomy Services Representative Trainees are hired with the intent of developing the skills required of a Patient Services I (PSR I) by the end of the training program. The length of the training program will be established by the applicable department. Pay range: $18.00 / hour Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
