2027 Future Talent Program - Vaccine Manufacturing Co-op

Six-month manufacturing co-op assignment supporting vaccine production operations at a Pennsylvania facility. The role involves deviation investigations, process improvement projects, and collaboration with cross-functional teams using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-the-floor operational and technical support to vaccine manufacturing teams
- Conduct deviation investigations to identify root causes and preventative actions
- Execute improvement projects focused on process performance, yield, cost reduction, and cycle time
- Support safety, environmental, and compliance objectives across manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with managers, operators, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
Requirements
- Pursuing Associates, BS, or MS in Chemical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering or related discipline
- Pursuing Associates, BS, or MS in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Virology, or Business and Engineering
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Ability to comply with Good Manufacturing Practice gowning and facility restrictions
- Experience in biologics, vaccine, or bulk sterile manufacturing (preferred)
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma tools (preferred)
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and lead small projects (preferred)
Compensation: $39,908 - $111,111
