Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations that encompass reviewing patients' medical histories, administering specific assessments, and formulating tailored treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
• Communicate evaluation results clearly to patients and their families, actively involving them in the goal-setting process to ensure collaborative care.
• Demonstrate expertise in implementing treatment protocols tailored to the patient's needs, showing adaptability to changes in health trends and best practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will include treating a varied patient demographic, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. You will work with patients of all ages, tailoring treatment approaches to address their unique needs and rehabilitation goals, emphasizing mobility, strength, and overall health improvement.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Current certification in CPR.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with orthopedic rehabilitation, including post-surgical recovery and sports injuries.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
• Participation in continuing education focused on advancements in physical therapy practices.
