Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, utilizing industry-standard tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), to diagnose and evaluate mental health conditions, tailoring individualized care plans to meet diverse needs.

• Continuously monitor patient progress and effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, ready to adapt strategies to enhance treatment outcomes and support the mental health diagnosis.

• Maintain meticulous treatment records and clinical documentation utilizing advanced systems that comply with state regulations and internal policies.

• Collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans with input from patients and their families, taking into account their cultural backgrounds and personal health goals.

• Act as a liaison between patients and referral agencies, ensuring that all patients receive the necessary support and adjunctive care during their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n
