Highlights Pay: $43.00/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Fairview Hospital Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. Requirements Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program) Experience: 2 years recent related nursing experience for external applicants Internal applicants with less than 2 years’ experience may be considered with approval Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross Cleveland Clinic is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
