Bookkeeper / Customer Service RepresentativeWec are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bookkeeper / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable managing financial records and providing an excellent customer experience. You will play a key role in keeping our financials accurate while being the first point of contact for customers.Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping Duties:Manage daily financial transactions including invoices, payments, and depositsReconcile bank accounts and credit card statementsMaintain accurate records in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)Process accounts payable and receivableAssist with payroll entries and expense trackingGenerate financial reports and assist with month-end closeEnsure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standardsCustomer Service Duties:Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling and questionsGreet customers and provide a professional, friendly first impressionCommunicate repair updates and timelines clearlyCoordinate with technicians and estimators to ensure smooth workflowHandle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely mannerAssist with insurance-related communication when neededQualifications2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experienceStrong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)Excellent communication and customer service skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience in an automotive or collision repair setting is a plus (not required)Skills & AttributesProfessional and friendly demeanorStrong problem-solving abilitiesDependable and trustworthy with financial informationTeam-oriented mindsetComfortable working with both numbers and peopleCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay (based on experience)Opportunities for growth within the companySupportive team environmentPaid time off and holidays (if applicable)We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality repairs and outstanding customer service.
