Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that include diagnosing mental health conditions and identifying psychosocial stressors affecting patients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's specific needs.

• Administer various therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and other modalities appropriate for the patient population.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with our standards and comply with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes.

• Educate and empower patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and coping mechanisms.
\n
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health and integrate new findings into your practice to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of patients who present with various mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use issues. Our clinic caters to individuals of all ages, from children to adults, ultimately aiming to improve their quality of life through comprehensive mental health support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The NeuroCognitive Health, Inc. offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
