As one of the world’s largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.Job Posting ExternalJob ResponsibilitiesPlan, develop, and implement marketing projects for assigned areas of the business.Interface with cross-departmental stakeholders and develop marketing plans that align strategies of the customer and the company initiatives.Coordinate the development of campaigns and tactics including digital, collateral, and social media.Gather project requirements and translate those into actionable plans.Develop and maintain detailed marketing plans, project plans and schedules.Identify dependencies and critical paths and resolve scheduling conflicts.Execute deliverables and establish project measurements for success.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, along with previous retail or direct marketing experience is required.Excellent written and verbal communication, grammar, and organizational skills are needed.Outstanding interpersonal skills are required.Occasional travel is necessary.This position is on-site at the New Bremen, OH location.Work Authorization:Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
