A Day in the Life: This Milling Operator is responsible for all aspects of the milling process and control room. This position requires participation in all sanitation, housekeeping, environmental safety and emergency guidelines in all areas of the facility.

Position Details: 5p-5a, rotating schedule Pay: $29.00 an hour

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate all aspects of Milling Process
• Understand and be able to clearly communicate throughout the facility
• Actively participate in all aspects of safety including near-miss reporting and meetings
• Know and understand all facets of Bunge's safety programs and culture, have a strong working knowledge of safety procedures and environmental regulations, demonstrate safe working practices and have the ability to notify operations of safety alarms.
• Responsible for properly and accurately recording all applicable documentation.
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a safety conscious environment
• Ability to work in a highly quality controlled environment
• Skilled equipment operations, safety programs and grain operations
• Ability to work with computerized control systems
• Ability to maintain a good working relationship with other facility personnel
• Ability to tolerate exposure to hot and cold conditions, according to the season

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience
• Strong mechanical skills
