Job Highlights:Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling and minimal wait times.Monitor clinician schedules to ensure productivity benchmarks and caseload balance are met.Utilize EMR (electronic medical records) systems for scheduling and documentation purposes.Provide clerical support including filing, typing, and maintaining organized patient files.Track appointment attendance and follow up with clients who miss sessions, ensuring timely re-engagement and continuity of care.Collaborate with clinical and medical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient treatment access, accurate documentation and insurance alignment.Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with health information management standards.Perform assessments to determine the appropriate staff and timeframe for intake.Any additional responsibilities deemed necessary by the Director of Administrative Operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
