Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join a growing organization supporting both major OEM customers and large government contracts . This role will have a strong focus on Accounts Receivable , contract analysis, and improving financial processes through technology and automation.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Manage and analyze Accounts Receivable activity for OEM customers \n
- Research customer contracts to understand billing requirements, terms, pricing, and payment obligations \n
- Support large government contracts , including researching contract requirements and resolving billing or payment discrepancies \n
- Analyze outstanding receivables and partner with internal teams and customers to resolve issues \n
- Identify opportunities to improve AR, billing, and financial processes \n
- Utilize AI, automation, and technology tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and analysis \n
- Develop reporting and analysis around receivables, collections, and customer trends \n
- Partner cross-functionally with accounting, finance, sales, and operations \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field \n
- Strong Accounts Receivable and financial analysis experience \n
- Experience reviewing and interpreting customer contracts \n
- Government contract experience is a plus \n
- Strong Excel and analytical skills \n
- Tech-forward mindset with an interest in AI, automation, and process improvement \n
Compensation: up to 90k
