Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' specific goals and functional limitations.
• Manage an individualized patient caseload, scheduling appointments to treat one patient per hour.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans encompassing a variety of intervention techniques, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and functional training.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to design tailored fitness and wellness programs, enhancing patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and overall physical condition.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as necessary, documenting all patient care activities accurately and clearly.
• Provide education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options, fostering informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Encourage adherence to therapeutic protocols, motivating patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to achieve peak performance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Strong professional integrity with no prior disciplinary actions or board grievances against your license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
• Exceptional abilities in developing and implementing personalized exercise protocols tailored to patient needs.
• Experienced in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, for efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of reducing patient reliance on medications and minimizing the need for surgical interventions.
• Ability to convey strong motivational support to patients, helping them stay engaged in their rehabilitation plans.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 .
