Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) Senior Manager

This remote senior management role involves developing and executing health economics and outcomes research strategy across pharmaceutical assets globally. The position requires coordinating evidence generation, health technology assessment submissions, and economic modeling while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders across major markets. A doctorate with 2+ years of HEOR experience, or equivalent combination of education and professional background, is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute HEOR strategy aligned with Access Strategy Lead across asset life cycle management
• Generate payer-relevant evidence, patient reported outcomes, and clinical outcomes assessment strategies
• Deliver global materials supporting Health Technology Assessment submissions and economic models
• Translate strategic objectives into HEOR project plans and coordinate with top-10 countries
• Engage internal teams and external vendors to validate HEOR strategy and technical approach

Requirements

• Doctorate in relevant field plus 2 years HEOR experience, OR Master's plus 4 years, OR Bachelor's plus 6 years, OR Associate's plus 10 years, OR high school diploma plus 12 years
• Health economics training through academic or on-the-job experience
• Experience writing research protocols and publications
• Capability developing payer-relevant evidence and real-world evidence strategies
• Understanding of Health Technology Assessment requirements and strategic approach
• Experience creating Global Value Dossiers, economic models, and evidence syntheses
• Ability to influence access strategy with HEOR perspective and US market knowledge
