We are seeking a detail-oriented, multi-tasking problem solver with a strong work ethic who is collaborative in nature in dynamic environments. This role is hybrid, with the selected candidate ideally based in the SFO area, or, west coast-based, with travel every few months to either CA or NJ to support client and project activity.Reports To: Sr. Account DirectorLocation: Remote: SFO (ideal); West Coast mandatoryJob Overview:The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of retail store design, graphics and fixture manufacturing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring the successful execution of each project. You will oversee various assigned projects and tasks relating to the projects that fall under the responsibilities of this customer team. Maintaining project documentation, communication of project status and escalations are of the highest priority. Simply put, this role is about getting it done " ensuring the team has the support needed to deliver the service we expect of ourselves and our clients deserve.Responsibilities and Duties:Ensure that project and tasks assigned are delivered on-time and within scopeAssist Account Management and Project Management with generating design requests, engineering requests and estimating.Receive, generate and process ship requests; work with logistics to coordinate delivery with close-loop communications to customer re: timing, tracking, etc.Must be able to communicate with all levels of an organization, both written and verbally.Develop and distribute status reports and other internal & external reporting documentsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationReport and escalate to management as neededAssist with sales/client correspondenceAssist Sr. Director as requiredIdentify problems that may affect defined deliverablesSkills:Experienced in all Office Applications (intermediate to advanced in Excel)Working knowledge of Google Platforms and Google DriveExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail, efficient and process-orientedStrong reasoning, negotiation and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)Must be able to manage time very effectively to accommodate unique project demandsStrong ability to work both independently and as part of a teamMust demonstrate flexibility to accommodate urgent items and requests, while following processesMust have a sense of urgency and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlinesWilling and able to 'roll up their sleeves' to support prototype set up/take down, presentation set up, etc., with clients and other teammatesRequirements:Minimum 1-3 years project coordinator experience, preferably in brand marketing, retail displays, exhibits or graphics productionBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field an assetAbility to lift 25lbs on occasion.Domestic Travel infrequently (
