Work Environment\n

This position is remote, providing flexibility that allows you to efficiently manage your time while also focusing on visiting clients in their homes or coordinating services. You'll collaborate with a diverse team of interdisciplinary professionals, including nurses and caregivers, ensuring a holistic approach to each client's care plan. While you will primarily work on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, we ask for flexibility for occasional evening or weekend visits as needed to accommodate patient situations.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, providing the foundational knowledge required for effective practice.

• A current and valid state licensure as a Social Worker is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges between USD 60,000 – 100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
