Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour

What's a typical day as a Payroll Coordinator? You'll be:

• Serving as the key site contact for personnel administration, processing global smart forms, and managing system updates for all employee moves.
• Maintaining the IPTS payroll database and partnering closely with Data Management and Payroll groups on personnel records and SHARP inquiries.
• Managing essential administrative and organizational functions, including timekeeping, Career Connect employee record updates, training system profiles, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) maintenance.
• Executing SAP administrative tasks and ensuring the plant’s PSIMS2 catalog remains accurate and up to date.
• Initiating and stewarding periodic reviews of company-required documentation for system processes and procedures through to closure, following up with stakeholders to ensure target dates are met.
• Acting as the site contact for the Culture of Health initiative, coordinating health and wellness programs such as Biometric Screenings.
• Occasionally visiting the manufacturing floor as needed (safety toe shoes required; all other PPE provided).

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Possess a High School Diploma (required).
• Have demonstrated proficiency working with SAP.
• Bring mid-level Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to create and manage pivot tables.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Outlook and possess strong organizational skills.
• Exhibit exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Are comfortable working on-site Monday through Friday in an industrial plant environment.
