Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and establish tailored treatment plans.

• Perform ongoing documentation that includes diagnostic updates, treatment plan reviews, and detailed case notes in alignment with clinic guidelines.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, ensuring a consistent and supportive therapeutic presence.

• Enhance client engagement by crafting creative interventions that empower individuals and families to set and achieve their goals.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary care, collaborating with case managers, families, medical personnel, and school staff to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at our clinic, you will work with a diverse client base, which includes individuals, couples, adolescents, and families navigating various challenges, including trauma, addiction, relationship issues, and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n
