The Habick Agency is hiring a driven, sales-focused Multiline Representative who thrives on hitting goals, building relationships, and closing business. You'll work with both new and existing customers to uncover needs, present solutions, and sell across multiple product lines including auto, home, renters, life, and health. This role is designed for someone who can combine strong service with strong sales execution.

Full licensing is required. Candidates must hold Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If you are not fully licensed, you must obtain your Property & Casualty license prior to your Day 1 start date. We provide support and guidance to help you complete the licensing process.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and appointment setting
• Quote, present, and close insurance policies across multiple product lines
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions
• Cross-sell and upsell to grow revenue and strengthen customer protection
• Build relationships that drive retention, referrals, and long-term growth
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency procedures to stay compliant
• Work closely with the team to achieve individual and office production goals

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred
