Staffing Manager

Job Description Job Description The Staffing Manager leads a large team of 16+ members focused on recruiting mid-level positions. This role demands a highly organized professional who develops and implements recruitment strategies while managing daily client interactions. The Staffing Manager ensures efficient candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and staff scheduling, all supported by insightful reporting and analytics. Responsibilities Manage and lead a large staffing team Develop and execute recruitment strategies Source and screen candidates for mid-level roles Maintain daily client communications and build strong relationships Coordinate interviews and candidate selection processes Oversee staff scheduling to meet workload demands Provide reporting and analytics to monitor performance Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in staffing or recruitment Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience in Client Relationship Management Strong communication skills Effective problem-solving abilities Company Description LEAMS provides tailored services that align with each agency’s unique needs, ensuring effective and customized solutions.
