Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, ensuring clients receive uninterrupted mental health support.

• Assess clients’ emotional and psychological needs, creating customized treatment plans that include therapeutic interventions tailored to individual situations.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement effective strategies for coping with grief, loss, and other complex emotions associated with hospice care.

• Act as an advocate for clients, providing guidance in setting and achieving personal and therapeutic goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
