Position Overview Job Title: Executive Administrator Location: Remote (United States) Department: Enterprise Security Programs Hourly Pay Range: $23.15–$26.00 (based on qualifications and experience) Job Type: Full-time, Remote This position provides high-level administrative support to the leadership team within the Enterprise Security Programs department. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and assist with travel and expense documentation. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Enterprise Security leadership Manage calendars and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders Resolve scheduling conflicts proactively and professionally Respond to clients, vendors, and employees on behalf of leadership Track and manage task assignments following meetings Assist with department purchasing and travel arrangements Prepare and submit expense reports for team members Create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports as needed Organize virtual team-building events, offsite meetings, and celebrations Maintain meeting agendas and coordinate schedules and document distribution Take accurate meeting notes and maintain an action log Coordinate and support assigned projects Conduct research and prepare project documentation Collaborate with department managers to facilitate projects and share information Assist in developing training materials for staff This role demands a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
