Accounts Receivable Administrator

We are looking to enhance our team with a motivated Accounts Receivable Administrator that is good at problem solving and comfortable cultivating healthy and professional relationships with a team. This individual will report directly to the Controller and will be expected to be a leader in the department as well as take on challenging but rewarding tasks. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position is responsible for the processing of all sales quotes, sales orders, customer billing, service orders, customer returns, and customer relations across multiple entities. Description KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Work with sales team verifying sales quotes and sales orders Produce tonnage invoices and credits timely and accurately Manage customer return invoicing and reporting Create and bill projects in our SAP financial system Ensure new customers are set up correctly Ensure orders are fulfilled correctly Manage Accounts Receivable collection process Work closely with the Americas sales team to ensure all errors, disputes and delays are resolved promptly Assist the team with the completion of the month end close process. Skills and Experiences KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Preferred qualifications in Finance, Accounting and/or Business administration Two years relative experience in Accounts Receivable Strong organizational skills/ Detail Oriented Strong communication skills (verbal and written) - able to communicate and establish working relationships with other departments and personnel Hands on, self-starting, disciplined, and detail‑oriented individual with ability to work independently in a high volume environment that requires a work product that is accurate and timely Strong Computer skills including accounting software experience, Excel, Word and Outlook. Proficient to advanced MS Excel skills and knowledge of spreadsheets Experience in a fast paced results driven environment Company Overview MST Global (MST) provides fit‑for‑purpose hardware combined with smart software solutions to support productivity and safety processes in underground and surface mines and other industrial applications.
