Building Service Technician

As a Building Service Technician at LV Collective, you're the reason residents don't have to think about their apartment. You handle the work orders, the make-readies, the PM schedules, and the 'hey, something's off' moments before they become bigger problems. You're not just maintaining a property you're protecting the experience we promise.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete assigned work orders efficiently and accurately plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, paint, and carpentry
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment on a scheduled cadence
• Support the make-ready process for vacant units inspect, punch list, prep, and turn
• Respond to after-hours on-call requests as part of a rotating schedule
• Maintain the physical appearance and cleanliness of mechanical rooms, storage areas, and common spaces
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as directed; be present and accountable for their work quality
• Maintain accurate records of completed work in the property management system
• Follow all OSHA standards, safety protocols, and fair housing guidelines
