Position Overview The Regional Vice President will provide both strategic leadership and hands‑on operational oversight for a portfolio within one of our key markets. This leader will be responsible for driving performance, developing high‑impact teams, and ensuring operational execution at the highest level. This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop multi‑site leadership teams. Drive financial performance and portfolio growth. Implement strategic initiatives while maintaining operational discipline. Build, coach, and promote future leaders. Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and measurable results. Operate with a strategic mindset while remaining closely connected to day‑to‑day execution. Qualifications Proven success in multi‑unit leadership (retail, hospitality, fitness, restaurants, or similar). Demonstrated track record of growing revenue, improving profitability, and scaling operations. Strong experience developing high‑performing teams and succession pipelines.
