Product Support Analyst - SaaS, AI Insights, Cross-Functional

PureCars is seeking a Product Support Analyst to join our product team in a hands-on, cross-functional role. You’ll triage and analyze support requests for our SaaS platform, working with product, engineering, operations, and customer support to decide what to solve and how to prioritize initiatives. You’ll develop reports, leverage AI tools to understand system behavior, and translate insights into knowledge-base materials and updated documentation for the support team. #J-18808-Ljbffr PureCars
