Ben jij ervaren in het beheer van technische documentatie en heb je een scherp oog voor detail? Voor onze organisatie zoeken wij een gedreven Document Controller die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het verwerken, opvolgen en structureren van technische dossiers. Je zorgt dat alle documenten correct worden geïdentificeerd, verwerkt en tijdig beschikbaar zijn voor alle betrokken disciplines. Verantwoordelijkheden Je begeleidt het inrichtingsproces van het nieuwe systeem Je definieert workflows na input van de betrokkenen Je werkt nauw samen met de dienst Aankoop met betrekking tot de inrichting van het transmittalproces Je bekijkt documenten in het huidige systeem en vult de nodige metadata aan om de transitie naar een nieuw systeem mogelijk te maken Je organiseert meetings met de juiste personen om de data aan te vullen Je volgt de projectstatus op aan de business kant en werkt hierbij samen met de projectmanager binnen de IT-dienst Je neemt een admin-rol op en zorgt voor de voorbereiding van de overdracht naar de interne admin Je maakt een opleidingsprogramma en geeft vervolgens de opleiding aan alle users #J-18808-Ljbffr
