Office Manager / Administratief Medewerker Wij zoeken een enthousiaste Office Manager / Administratief Medewerker die ons team in Ranst versterkt. Jouw uitdaging Je bent het administratieve hart van onze organisatie. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en klantgerichte aanpak zorg je ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlot verloopt. Verantwoordelijkheden Het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten en leveranciers. De aankoop- en verkoopafdeling bijstaan in hun dagelijkse werking. Verkoopfacturen maken en correct opvolgen. Aankooporders opstellen en de administratieve flow bewaken. Vragen van klanten over bestellingen en leveringen beantwoorden. Onze CRM- en ERP-systemen beheren en actualiseren. De planning en projectmanagers ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse organisatie. Actief bijdragen aan een efficiënte en professionele kantoorwerking. Wie ben jij? Je houdt van structuur, werkt nauwkeurig en krijgt energie van een veelzijdige administratieve functie. Een bacheloropleiding of relevante ervaring in een administratieve functie. Een nauwkeurige, zelfstandige en proactieve werkhouding. Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een administratief talent. Een commerciële ingesteldheid en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Ervaring met ERP-software en Microsoft Office. Een vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Zin om mee te bouwen aan een innovatieve en groeiende familiale KMO. Wat mag je van ons verwachten?
