About the Role We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to support our headquarters in Wetteren. This multidisciplinary role combines internal communication, office management, event coordination, marketingsupport, and limited executive assistance for selected members of the Executive Committee. The primary focus of the role is to strengthen communication across the Van de Velde Packaging Group and ensure consistent internal and external communication. Key Responsibilities Group Communication Manage and continuously improve the Group Intranet (SharePoint) Coordinate and publish internal news and company announcements Support departments in keeping intranet content up to date Drive engagement and communication across the Group Coordinate mailing lists in collaboration with IT Support employer branding and internal communication initiatives Executive Support Manage agendas and coordinate meetings for selected C-suite members Prepare meeting agendas and supporting documents Organize meeting logistics and follow up on action items Prepare presentations and management meeting materials Note: Travel management is not part of this role. Travel arrangements for executives are managed through established processes and tools. Support sales and commercial communication initiatives Create and publish LinkedIn content Coordinate the rollout of Group branding initiatives Develop presentations, brochures, banners, and other communication materials Ensure consistent branding across all Group companies Corporate Events Organize ExCo meetings, Town Halls, customer events, trade fairs, and internal workshops Coordinate invitations, venues, catering, budgets, and on-site support Office Management Act as the first point of contact for the HQ office Manage meeting rooms, office logistics, and office supplies Ensure a professional, welcoming, and well-organized office environment Your Profile · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience · Experience in office management, communication, executive support, or a similar coordination role · Excellent organizational and communication skills · Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities · Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint) · Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus What We Offer At Van de Velde Packaging Group, you'll find the best of both worlds: the entrepreneurial spirit and accessibility of a growing organization, combined with the scale and opportunities of an international group.
