Marketing Specialist

Youston is a Belgian tech company from Genk, specialized in document management and processing. With our products — including the document management system iGuana iDM and the AI processing platform Mira — we help organizations to digitize and optimize their document flows. From physical archiving to intelligent document recognition. Your Responsibilities As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for all of Youston’s marketing communication. You’ll turn our technical solutions into clear, engaging content and work closely with the sales team to identify the right areas of focus. You’ll stay on top of market trends and ensure that Youston is visible to the right target audiences. Create content for LinkedIn and other social media Writing blog posts, case studies, and newsletters Collecting customer stories and testimonials and turning them into engaging content Keeping our website up to date in terms of text and messaging Preparing presentations for sales and client meetings Providing support at trade shows and events Monitoring market trends and turning them into marketing opportunities Tracking results in Monday CRM and reporting to management Your Qualifications (required) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent through experience 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing Strong writing skills in Dutch and English Experience with LinkedIn and content creation Familiar with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar Affinity for technology — you don’t need to be a tech expert, but you enjoy learning about document management and AI Independent, proactive, and hands‑on Your Qualifications (preferred) Experience with CRM systems (Monday or similar) Knowledge of SEO/GEO or marketing automation Commercial attitude — you don’t mind following up on a warm lead or calling a customer for a testimonial What We Offer A varied role with a high degree of autonomy Direct collaboration with sales and management Working with innovative technology in document processing and AI Join our team and make an impact!
