Business Office Manager (BOM) - Skilled NursingA skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager (BOM) for a full-time position. This role is responsible for overseeing daily business office operations, billing, collections, insurance processes, and accounts receivable.Responsibilities:Oversee billing, collections, and accounts receivableWork with residents and families regarding financial mattersCoordinate insurance verification, authorizations, and billingMonitor billing accuracy and compliancePrepare reports and maintain accurate financial recordsSupervise and support business office staffQualifications:Previous Business Office Manager or senior business office experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility requiredExperience with Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care billingKnowledge of PointClickCare or similar electronic billing systems preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesFinance or accounting experience is a plusCompensation & Benefits:$65,000-$70,000 per yearHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planProfessional development opportunitiesIf you have strong long-term care business office experience and are looking for an opportunity to grow with a supportive team, we encourage you to apply.
