Work Environment\n

With working hours from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, we offer flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to balance your personal and professional life effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments to thoroughly understand clients' needs and develop tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Facilitate effective therapeutic sessions for groups, families, couples, and individuals, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide your approach.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care pathways for clients, coordinating with other health professionals as needed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and continuing education to stay at the forefront of mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients consist of individuals, couples, and families seeking assistance with a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Through both telehealth and in-person interactions, you will work closely with diverse populations, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the varying needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience within a clinical setting is essential.
