Job Description As a Security Officer Armed Driver Patrol Clearance Required in Independence, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activity, and emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts and local authorities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, control access to restricted areas, and report policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or operational issues.
• Support assigned post orders by observing equipment, materials, and vehicle activity, completing required reports, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card and/or license.
• Possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
