Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon 12:00 AM - 07:30 AM Tue 12:00 AM - 07:30 AM Fri 12:00 AM - 07:30 AM Sat 12:00 AM - 07:30 AM Sun 12:00 AM - 07:30 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and security-related activity according to site expectations. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and help verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and/or contractors while reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to the appropriate contact. Minimum Requirements A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
